About Elena
I am an experienced and qualified ESL ( English as a second language) teacher, CELTA trained, and with a master's degree in TESOL ( Teaching English to speakers of other languages).
I have experience teaching English to children and adults in different learning contexts and at different levels.
I have also worked as a tutor for the past five years and as a research assistant in the applied linguistics and communication department of Birkbeck University.

I teach English to different types of students. I have experience with beginners, intermediates, and advanced.
My teaching style is very dynamic. My goal is to keep your interest alive, enhancing your language learning experience with elements that characterize my students, such as their passion and interest. My classes are always focused on interaction and communication. I use role-play, games and I always keep in mind my students' objectives.
With children, I use toys, puppets, games and lots of songs... a great fun!
