As a teacher, I believe in adopting a learner-centeric approach. I strive to create a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable to participate and actively learn. I also incorporate real-life examples and encourage critical thinking to enhance understanding and application of concepts.
In my classes, I follow a structured format to ensure effective learning. I begin by briefly revisiting previous concepts to reinforce learning and establish connections. I then introduce new concepts or topics, breaking them down into manageable chunks. Students are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in discussions.
One of my key strengths as a teacher is my ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and motivated to learn. I strive to build strong relationships with my students, fostering open communication and trust. I am patient, empathetic, and approachable, ensuring that students feel comfortable discussing their queries and seeking clarification.
My experience and qualifications make me suitable to teach students across various levels, particularly at the primary and junior levels.
