About Sami

I have been tutoring for 11+ years and have experience with all major exam boards (AQA, OCR, Edexcel and iGCE). As a dedicated and committed tutor, I have guided many students through their GCSE exams, A-levels, and some University exams and would be excited and inspired to do the same for aspiring students. I focus primarily on confidence building; every student is capable if they just apply the correct principles and master the fundamentals. My style involves breaking down key lessons that students struggle with using realistic/visual examples that help illustrate the concept, and by getting them to explain their understanding of what they've learnt to each other to further engrave their understanding of the topic.

About the lesson

I am somebody who just LOVES teaching and am so incredibly passionate about helping students achieve their absolute potential. I promise to re-ignite that passion in your child with my dynamic teaching, and most importantly, they WILL get their best possible grades with my guidance. I am a full-time science teacher and online tutor, and am the creator of a successful online educational science platform, with over 100k users all around the world. I specialise in all three sciences up to GCSE, and can also teach A-Level chemistry. Since 2017, I’ve served as a Science Curriculum Leader at a London school, while also tutoring A-Level, GCSE, and KS3 students in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics since 2013. With my expertise and personalised support, I help students master even the most challenging topics. In my spare time, I have created a successful EdTech platform, used by 100+ schools in the UK and Middle East. I have worked extremely hard throughout my life, gaining a fully funded scholarship for an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience at the University of Manchester, coupled with a PGCE and QTS qualifications, substantiates my commitment to educational excellence.

Perfect! Sami was my daughter's tutor for chemistry and physics for a few months prior the the exams. Sami was brilliant. He was motivating, pro-active and had a wealth of detailed resources and engaging lessons in both subject's.

His commitment and dedication to young people is unparalleled and this was evident through his continuous engagement and encouragement. He was also very flexible given his other commitments as a teacher.

My son says he’s extremely clear, good at adapting to the the student he has and created clear and logical revision plans for my son to follow. All round passionate teacher who goes beyond the subject in order to the support the well being and success of the individual child.
