About Jazib

Hi! I'm a self-taught musician from Pakistan with over 12 years of experience playing guitar. Throughout my musical journey, I've developed a strong understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of playing, which allows me to teach in a simple, effective, and student-friendly way.

In addition to teaching guitar, I currently perform as a bass guitarist with 2–3 bands based in Karachi, regularly playing live gigs, concerts, and events. My experience as a performing musician enables me to share real-world techniques, stage confidence, timing, rhythm, and musicality with my students—not just textbook knowledge.

I enjoy helping beginners build a strong foundation and guiding intermediate players to overcome challenges and improve their skills. My goal is to make learning guitar enjoyable, practical, and rewarding while helping every student become a confident and independent musician.

# About My Lessons

Hi! I'm a self-taught guitarist from Pakistan who believes that every student learns differently. My lessons are personalized to match your learning style, current skill level, and goals. Instead of following a rigid teaching method, I identify the areas where you need the most improvement—whether it's strumming, chord switching, rhythm, finger placement, timing, finger strength, or overall confidence—and tailor each lesson accordingly.

My lessons begin with building a strong foundation, including guitar posture, pick holding, string names, tablature, rhythm counting, finger exercises, and open chords. As you progress, you'll learn smooth chord transitions, effective strumming techniques, barre chords, chord theory, fretboard understanding, and how to play complete songs with confidence.

Once the fundamentals are mastered, we'll move on to music theory, chord progressions, advanced strumming patterns, fingerstyle techniques, capo usage, transposing songs, pentatonic scales, lead guitar basics, improvisation, ear training, and performance skills. Every lesson is practical, easy to understand, and focused on helping you become an independent guitarist rather than simply memorizing songs.

Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your existing skills, my goal is to make learning guitar enjoyable, structured, and rewarding while helping you develop confidence in your playing.
