About Alan
I have a Diploma - Personal Trainer Sports Science Institute of South Africa, with 17 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I started in Virgin Active Cape Town helping many clients with weight loss and overall health improvement goals before moving to London in 2013. I now travel to clients houses or train clients online where we are able to set out a plan to achieving a sustainable goal.
