About Vansika
Studying can be hard. It can be difficult to take action once you’re stuck and the road ahead of you seems unclear. Having been there myself, I’ve learnt some skills along the way that I would like to utilise on this platform. I’ve been teaching science privately for the past 2 years, and now currently in my gap year, I want to reach out to more students that may need help. Teaching online is the easiest way to reach any and every student that is out there, looking for some guidance and advice to achieve their goals and ambitions. In my GCSEs I achieved A*A in biology and chemistry respectively. I’ve taught a wide range of age group from year 8 to year 11, and now having Finished my A levels, I’m able to teach year 12 AS level for chemistry, biology and psychology.

My lessons are tailored specifically to each students learning style. I firstly go through what the student is struggling with the most, and make a plan for upcoming weeks that the student can implement in their routine. I pick out questions for student to do at the end of our lessons to test their understanding and give homework sheets that they may complete in their own time. I can also go through any content that the student is struggling from in their school/college. I’m open to new ideas and different methods of teaching to provide the best learning experience for my students. Since each student is different, my first lesson is spent discussing the long and short term goals with the student to get to know them better.
