About Maria
A yoga teacher, photographer and artist. I have been guiding healing and meditative practices to my local community since I can remember. After completing my 200hr yoga teacher training, I have fully immersed myself into teaching and the wellness industry. My classes are primarily Vinyasa flows, inspired by the Hatha and Ashtanga method with a few Yin and various other styles intertwined. As well as yoga, I've been studying other forms of art since childhood and have always associated myself with the artistic world deeply. I love to draw, paint, take photographs and connect with others. I continue to practice and teach yoga daily, constantly studying and learning more about the practice of yoga, exploring different styles and techniques in order to deepen my practice. Whilst I believe that the physical practice is important, it is through meditation, I can gain insight into my practice. I believe with love, patience and devotion, anything is possible.
