About Eleanor
I am passionate about education the next generation of dreamers and thinkers!
I am a published author of children's book and want to inspire pupils to develop their writing skills for a purpose.
I can supply support for all areas of the primary national curriculum for personal progression as well that required by school.
As a teacher, I have a good knowledge of the national curriculum assessment requirements and know how much progress is expected and when.
I like to tutor in a relaxed but professional manner to promote positive engagement from my pupils.

Hello! My name is Eleanor (Miss Bloor). I have been teaching for over 5 years and have an extensive knowledge of the curriculum in KS2.
I enjoy teaching maths and English along with all other curriculum areas. I can support you in any area and design your sessions to suit your needs. As an experienced primary school teacher, I can utilise a variety of teaching strategies to promote progress towards your accademic goal. In addition, I am aware of the current testing methods and know how much progress you are expected to make.
I believe tutoring should be less formal than school learning and be a relaxed place to explore and develop your knowledge.
In addition to the primary curriculum, I have studied maths and physics to degree and was award a first class degree. Therefore, I will be able to support GCSE students. I have also been awarded a Master's in Expert Teaching. I have a vast knowledge of the current accepted pedagogical strategies and can support trainee and early career teachers with their studies.
