About Marietha
My name is Marietha and I am a Native Swahili Speaker born and raised in Tanzania.
I am patient, friendly, and very professional with all my students. I have experience teaching Swahili to beginners, expats, and school students who want to pass their exams.
I believe anyone can learn Swahili if the lessons are clear and practical. I prepare every lesson for you, I correct your mistakes gently, and I always make sure you understand.
Learning with me is relaxed, supportive, and you will understand the lesson.

Hello, I am Marietha, your Native Swahili Speaker from Dar es Salaam.
I teach Swahili in a simple and fun way for complete beginners, expats, travelers, NGO workers, and school students.
In my lessons we focus on real-life conversations, grammar, reading, and writing. I use everyday examples so you can speak with confidence very fast.
My classes are one-to-one, so we go at your pace. We do lots of speaking practice to help you remember. I teach Online or in person in Dar es Salaam.
