About DR R A
I am Dr. Ram Avtar 'Vats'. I am from Delhi NCR India. I earned a Ph.D. in English, a Master's in Sanskrit and English. I have also earned 'Intermediate Level of Spoken Sanskrit' from IIT Kharagpur, Applied Linguistics Certificate from IIT Madras. At present, I am working as an Associate Professor of PCTW, IKS, and Vedic Vangmay at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, UP, India. For more than 10 years I have been teaching English and Sanskrit to my students.
