About Venkatesan
Hello, my name is Ven, and I am a CMM Programmer and Metrology Engineer with 5 years of experience in precision measurement, GD&T, and offline programming using PC-DMIS. I have worked extensively with complex prismatic and non-prismatic parts, developing efficient measurement strategies to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards. I want to teach CMM programming because I understand the challenges that come with learning this field. Over the years, I’ve seen how accurate measurement and inspection can significantly impact industries like aerospace, automotive, and medical devices. My goal is to help others gain confidence in their skills, master industry best practices, and advance their careers in metrology.
