About Charl
I am a professional coach and martial artist. I have trained over a 1000 students in martial arts and hundreds in personal training, weight loss and skill acquisition. I believe in proficiency and efficiency of movement. I follow a proven and tested method in all aspects of sport and fitness.

When it comes to sports teaching I believe in form, endurance and then strength skills to be taught in that order. Certain sports rely heavily on different aspects and a blanket approach for all sports is not possible. However the methodology and reasoning I prescribe to minimizes injury and maximizes growth.
