I Kayla, bachelor of science in Ecotourism & Outdoor Leader am looking to help youth get in touch with there body, mind & soul. I enjoy using my creative side & doing things out of the box. I base my classes on what the youth is wanting & what will benefit them. Yoga is about you, & what your body is needing. My classes tend to focus more on enjoying yourself & less of doing things perfect. The joy of yoga is to connect with your mind, body & soul. I can make the class serious to silly, what the youth is needing from the class is what we will aim for during our practice. Classes can run for youth between ages 6-16.
