About Pallavi
I served a very reputed school as PRT and have 5 years of teaching experience. Teaching profession requires two basic knowledge- first is obviously the subject knowledge and second is no less than the first one; knowledge to understand the child psychology. I truly believe that every child has it's own style of learning. I am trained and experienced enough to understand those needs.

My idea of teaching is to teach by involving them. There's a famous quote “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn” (Benjamin Franklin). One should not try to teach with books as per syllabus. It should be in a way to make pupil equally involved
