About James
I'm a qualified personal trainer that's begun working in the fitness industry close to 20 years ago. Been training myself for 23 years and have learnt a lot over the years through experience of training both myself and others, I know what works and what doesn't. During the years I've also experimented with all different nutritional and fitness plans. Also I've learnt a lot about injury and injury prevention.

£15 a session. Offers private setting in home garage gym perfect for those starting out, getting back into fitness or feel intimidated by large gym setting. Facilities include squat rack, boxing bag, Olympic free weights, bench etc. Specialise in weight loss, strength and conditioning. Also give nutritional and lifestyle advice.
