About Valerie
Hi, I'm Valerie from Donegal, Ireland. I'm a trained, qualified yoga instructor for many, many years. I'm in my 40s and as a full-time working mother, I recognize the need for time for ourselves to disconnect from all our challenges and commitments where Inner Space Yoga was born. Your inner space, your mind, peace, and contentment is so valuable and needed in our busy lives.

Lessons are for women of all ages. These mindfulness and relaxation classes are typically 30/40 minutes long. These relaxing and mindfulness techniques are suitable for those who are total beginners or any level. Classes can be as an individual or group.

Valerie is an exceptional yoga teacher. Her classes are energising and fun. I especially enjoyed the meditation at the end of each class; it left me feeling peaceful and centred.
