About Anisha
I am a friendly 3rd year Oxford Chemistry student with experience taking part in talks explaining scientific principles for primary school children and I have interned in a start-up designing science experiments for children to complete at home accompanied by resources. Most recently I have created an activity stand in a museum to explain the recent research of an Oxford Chemistry research group to people of all ages and backgrounds but aimed at secondary school aged children. I am passionate about encouraging engagement with science and maths at a young age and helping students to achieve the best they can.

My teaching method is based on securing a strong understanding of basic principles which can then be built upon to answer more complex questions. I use sample questions and work through solutions to these to cement knowledge of these principles. Additionally I strongly believe in a question and answer based approach to ensure the student gets the most out of the experience and I encourage students to stop me and ask me questions if at any point they do not understand.
