About Yidan
In the past two years, I have taught over 360 Mandarin lessons on online platforms. I have also taught over 30 offline language classes. I passed the written exam for Mandarin teaching by CTCSOL.
I am a language learner myself who started Portuguese two years ago. I enjoy exploring the processes of language learning from both teaching and learning.

Method
Different people have different ways of learning a language.
Visuals. Sounds. Movements.
It is just as important to make language learning an ambitious and exciting project and a fun and sustainable one.
And I am here to help you with it.
I usually use the HSK textbook series for beginners to lay a good foundation. But I prefer topic-specific Youtube videos and articles for intermediate and advanced learners, as those materials are more practical and engaging.
With Children, I found it most useful to play games and online games with them and help the little ones learn through interactions.
