About Luke
I am a driven, hard-working, second year medical student at Oxford University. I have considerable experience teaching maths and the sciences at GCSE and A level, having helped multiple students achieve top grades (A*/9) across the past 2 years.
I achieved all 9s across 12 GCSEs and achieved A*A*A*A in my A levels (Maths, Further Maths, Biology, Chemistry) and received multiple awards for my academic performance throughout school.
Tutoring is something I genuinely enjoy, as I love the opportunity to pass on my knowledge to others. I strive to provide engaging and informative sessions, focussing specifically on core content and exam technique.

I like to use lots of questions to apply your knowledge and help understand your specific mistakes. Using this, I then make tailored lesson plans based off your strengths and weaknesses. There are lots of alternative strategies or tricks you can use to make getting questions easier, and I can show you how best to use these! My sessions usually last an hour (with a summary of what to do before the next one at the end). The sessions will ensure we cover all the content we need to (so I won't cut them short at the end!). I'm happy to work timings around you.
