I'm a personal trainer with three-year work experience. I love changing people's bodies and mindsets. Also I give aguagym classes in my city and aquacycling classes. I like to be a motivator to improve the version of every human being

My training methodology is based on high-intensity interval routines. Although this will always depend on each person. Classes should always include good warming, a central part and a return to calm. In addition, a good stretch must always be performed to finish our classes.
