Parent–Baby Psychology – Class Notes 1. Introduction Psychology = मन और व्यवहार का अध्ययन Parent–Baby psychology = Maa-baap aur bachche ke beech emotional bond, attachment aur development ka study 2. Baby Psychology Newborn stage (0–6 months): रोकर अपनी ज़रूरत बताता है, माँ की आवाज़ पहचानता है। 6–12 months: मुस्कुराना, पहचानना, strangers se डरना शुरू। 1–3 years: बोलना सीखना, चलना, नकल करना, curiosity ज़्यादा। 3. Parents’ Psychology New parents ko excitement ke saath stress bhi hota hai. Unki emotional state (happy ya stressed) directly बच्चे ke upar असर डालती है। Parents ka प्यार aur सुरक्षा का एहसास बच्चे ke confidence ko बढ़ाता है। 4. Parent–Baby Bond (Attachment) Secure attachment → बच्चा emotionally strong, social aur confident banta hai. Insecure attachment → बच्चा anxious ya withdrawn ho सकता है। 5. Importance Healthy bond = अच्छा personality development Neglect / stress = mental health issues later 6. Conclusion Maa-baap aur bachche ka rishta सिर्फ physical care नहीं, बल्कि emotional aur psychological care भी उतना ही ज़रूरी है।
