About Mansi

With over 12 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator and specialized postgraduate training (IGNOU), I am a Phonics Expert and Montessori-inspired practitioner dedicated to helping young learners (ages 4–6) thrive.

My child-centered approach combines structured Phonics instruction with hands-on Montessori techniques, turning early literacy, numeracy, and core concepts into engaging, tangible discoveries. In my classroom, children learn at their own developmental pace in a warm, structured, and pressure-free environment that builds genuine academic confidence.

Learning Beyond the Desk: A Day in Our Early Years Classroom
Imagine a classroom where learning doesn’t feel like a chore, but an adventure your child looks forward to every single day.

When young children step into my session, we don't start with rigid instructions. We begin with Warm-Up & Circle Time—a cheerful greeting, a song, or a movement game that helps them drop any hesitation, feel completely safe, and switch on their natural curiosity.

Once they are fully settled and excited, we dive into Core Concept Exploration. For a 4-to-6-year-old, abstract numbers or letters on a page can feel distant. That’s why I turn concepts into tangible, hands-on experiences. A math lesson becomes a story about counting hidden treasure; a phonics rule comes alive through interactive play and visual discovery. Because every child learns differently, I custom-plan my curriculum around how your child uniquely processes information—ensuring they learn at a pace that builds confidence, never stress.

Next comes Application & Creative Expression. Here, children take the driver's seat. Through guided art, puzzles, and interactive tasks, they apply what they’ve just discovered, turning a brand-new concept into a skill they truly own.

Finally, we transition to Cool-Down & Parent Briefing. While your child wraps up with a sense of pride, I connect directly with you. I believe parents are true co-partners in a child's early development. You won't just get standard progress reports; you'll receive clear, transparent insights and simple, actionable tips to support and celebrate their learning journey right at home.

My promise to you: A warm, structured, and joyful space where your child builds foundational academic skills, develops a lifelong love for learning, and feels truly seen every step of the way.
