About Alice

I have a varied experience with children going from key stage one to five. This includes undergoing general teaching assistant tasks, in a class averaging around 30 students and leading smaller groups, in the likes of reading, comprehension and writing tasks. I believe that I will thrive as a teacher, having undergone a social sciences degree that combined a high level of theory, with creative work. Descriptive writing has been something that I have been able to assist with during my classroom experience and I have seen how it can be used as a technique to demonstrate a child’s understanding. I have also found that having a creative degree gives me additional skills to utilise in a classroom environment.
