About Ayesha Irum
I am a recent chemistry graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University. I have always loved chemistry from a very young age and as I have gotten older this passion for chemistry has increased. I find chemistry exciting and I believe having passion is the key to success. I would like to pass on my knowledge and hopefully make a difference.
I would like to help students with GCSE chemistry and after my experience has increased move onto A level chemistry. I am interested in helping students who are extremely able but want a little bit of a push to get the top grade as well as students who find chemistry challenging. I believe I can be a good tutor because I like to go into detail when explaining different concepts & steps in calculations rather than just teaching facts.
I am thinking of doing a PGCE sometime in the future and I believe tutoring will be good experience for this. I believe one-to-one tutoring can help a student progress from just passing a subject to achieving an A*.
