About Flor,
Throughout my college years at Baao Community College, I studied educational theories, child
development, and innovative teaching practices. With over six months of experience in a tutorialcenter in Iriga City and one year of experience as an elementary teacher in a private school in Bula, Camarines Sur, I have developed strong skills in engaging students and effectively managing both small and large classrooms. These experiences have provided me with valuable hands-on opportunities to design and implement lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and create an inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and personal growth. I am eager to bring this same level of energy and commitment to your school, helping foster a love for learning and a strong sense of community among students.
