About Thomas
Hello I’m Thomas! I am 19 years old, and I have just formally accepted a place to study international economics at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
After being tutored for the entire A level course, I am more than aware of how much difference tutoring can make to a students understanding and grades. Throughout my A level course, I tutored GCSE Economics students giving me two years of tutoring experience. After trying many different ways of studying in the past few years, I believe I have mastered the most effective revision and exam techniques.

I teach my students using pre prepared slides designed to increase knowledge and understanding. After establishing a strong knowledge base, I think analysing past paper questions during lessons is key to helping students achieve A - A* and 8s and 9s. In GCSE I achieved 6 9s and 4 8s followed by straight As in A levels. In between lessons I will set past paper questions that students are able to do which we can then consolidate and deal with at the start of the next lesson. I have developed first class revision and exam techniques and I now want to pass these learnings onto other students to help them achieve success!
