About Lorena
I'm a passionate artist, looking to help as many people as possible in restorative and gentle yoga, I also enjoy painting, music, teaching English and Spanish, swimming, scuba diving. I have a Yoga certificate in Biomechanics and a background in Travel and Tourism. I have been travelling and learning new positive skills for the last 5 years. I would love to continue travelling and help people with injuries like myself, I have a herniated disk and understand the pain someone can go through. Practicing Yoga has changed my life and I would love to share my knowledge with you and help you get better

My teaching method has changed since my injury. I will focus on restorative and gentle yoga classes. Connecting your breath with the movement but nothing that could injure you further. I'm looking to help my students feel better with their body and feel at peace. I also teach guided meditation and this will help connect the body with the mind. I want to be a guide to help you reach whatever it is that you are looking for. I want to help you with your breathing techniques and alignment of the body properly
