About Shelton
Hello! I'm a passionate English teacher who enjoys helping students build confidence and communicate effectively in English. I have teaching experience at the University of Cape Town (UCT), where I worked with students from diverse backgrounds and developed a supportive, student-focused teaching style.
I believe that every learner is unique, so I adapt my lessons to suit your goals, interests, and learning pace. Whether you're learning English for work, study, travel, or everyday conversation, I'm here to help you succeed in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, learning about different cultures, and meeting people from around the world. I look forward to helping you achieve your English language goals and making learning an enjoyable experience!

I have teaching experience at the University of Cape Town (UCT), where I developed strong skills in creating engaging lessons, supporting diverse learners, and helping students build confidence in their communication abilities. This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching methods to suit individual needs.
I am proficient in English and teach students from beginner to advanced levels. My lessons combine clear explanations, interactive activities, real-life conversations, and personalised learning materials to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
In a typical lesson, you can expect a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where you are encouraged to ask questions, practise speaking, and learn through meaningful conversation and practical exercises. I provide constructive feedback and continuous support to help you progress with confidence.
