About Pim

With a difficult youth riddled with depression and isolation, I was plagued with existential questions and pondering about the world , existence and being, leaving me unable and absolutely uninterested in high school and formal education.

Instead, as a young adult I left my country I soon left and pursued the path and means to find freedom of the pressure and pains that came with feeling misplaced in the traditional trajectory laid before me.

This path in the last 10 years has given me a variety of experience with meditation, group therapy & Energywork.
I have studied and practiced Osho Active Meditations, meditative therapies & Energywork, in a variety of Osho meditation centres, communities, retreats & group therapy workshops. I have also learned in Zen Buddhist monasteries in Vietnamese, as well as S.N Goenka's Vipassana schools.

These experiences have all contributed to a life with deeper awareness, joy, playfulness, and a progressive breaking of old conditionings, as well as healing and transforming old traumas and identifications with certain beliefs, behaviours and aspects of personality.

About the lesson

With 7 years of experience teaching in various topics such as language, meditation and personal leadership -- I offer organized lessons where the structure and content are only supportive and subject to the needs and process of those I work with.

In the path of learning meditation and getting closer to oneself, this is more relevant and important than in any other subject.

My priority is to get to know and understand you, and offer tools and techniques that allow you the most effortless, enjoyable and quickest way to access a deeper connection with yourself.

I am very open and transparent about myself, as I believe something can only be truly taught when there is a connection and channel of trust, that allows something real to be transmitted and to be received.

Lessons can be attuned to lesser or more experienced practitioners, and will include:

- A small interview
- Practice
- Sharing
- Individual practice assignments
