About Lerato
Hello students! My name is Lerato Mashilo, a passionate Marketing Lecturer with almost two years of university-level teaching experience. I hold a BCom in Marketing Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Business Studies), an Honors and Master’s degree in Marketing Management, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Marketing Management. I teach Services Marketing, Sales Management, and Digital Marketing, and have also taught first-year Business modules. My teaching approach is interactive, practical, and student-centered, helping learners connect marketing theory to real-world practice. I aim to inspire confidence, creativity, and critical thinking while creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
