About Verley John
I started from humble beginnings. My tutoring journey started at HACC and Penn State Harrisburg, PA when I once went to look for help at the tutoring center. This was my first semester. I sometimes needed to take 18/21 credits course load due to financial reasons, so I could finish faster. I needed help, so I looked for it. After seeing how much help I received I wanted to give back and make sure I mastered what I learned, so I signed up to be a tutor for the next semester. The awards and credentials are just for show, what touched me most was how impactful it felt helping my fellow students while still in school.
