My Approach as a Modern and Philosophical Pastry Chef Instructor teaching French pastry should feel like sharing a joyful kitchen moment, meaning relaxed, inspiring, and surprisingly easy.
My lessons are designed to fit into your life without stress, while still delivering the skills and confidence you need to create good and even impressive results from the very first class.
Teaching Methodology & Techniques:
I keep things clear and practical, focusing on simple steps that build into professional-quality results.
You’ll learn by doing — mixing, shaping, decorating. While I share tips that make complex recipes feel achievable.
We might laugh, taste, adjust, and always finish with something beautiful (and delicious) to enjoy.
A Typical Lesson Plan:
1. Welcome & Chat – We discuss your goals, mood, and what you’d like to make today following the agenda we created.
2. The Theory Explainned - I lecture and go further and deeper but simply using memorable techniques that grasp your mind and feeling arounf the idea ort concept or technique.
3. Guided Creation – I demonstrate key steps while you follow along at your own pace from the comfort of your house.
4. Pro Tips on the Spot – Little tricks that make a big difference, from perfect ganache texture to stress-free timing.
4. Tasting & Feedback – Celebrate your work, note small tweaks, and explore polishing, direct feedbacks and creative variations.

Julien fut pour moi le meilleur professeur étant très méticuleux il m’a transmis le sens du détail et la passion du travail bien fait, il est aussi très pédagogue et patient.
