I am a soon to be graduated highschool student who is awaiting matric results in February. I was top of my school for English Home Language and because I tutored my peers. My tutoring experience is unofficial but I am passionate. I am also a writer who is currently half way through completing their first novel

I want my students to learn in a pressure free atmosphere which is why I approach my teaching in an interactive way and encourage students to ask as many questions. The structure of my lesson is that I give them a theme, we learn the terms or jargon of that theme while simultaneously looking at a specific part of speech for that week. We have a 20 minute slot of questions. At the end of the Lesson I give them a short film, movie or short story related to the theme so they can carry on the learning outside of class
