A budding professional with 8+years of experience in Transfer pricing, Corporate Taxation, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring and complex accounting.
Presently working as a Senior Manager-Finance with Schneider Electric, a France based energy management giant. Earlier stints with Dell, Volkswagen and Ernst and Young.
Having dual professional qualification of Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary. Passed all exams in first attempt. Also completed Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) by ICAI.
