About Manvir

I am a passionate yoga trainer, with experience of three years of design and leadership in flow, Ashtanga, and Hatha yoga • Over 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, in-depth knowledge of postures, breathing techniques • Steeped in yoga philosophy, Eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga and life school concepts, and human anatomy • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, sensitive to student limitations and comfort • Patient, artful and creative demonstrator, promote a holistic approach with emphasis on well-being • Highly organized, motivational, creative, adaptable, and approachable yoga mentor mindset

About the lesson

Design yoga class sequences and provide integrated lesson plans • Include vinyasa and flow formats for beginner and advanced students • Demonstrate postures to students and guide them in finding their right poses • Help students develop their body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength • Ensure the safety and comfort of students during the classes • Lead group meditation sessions and flow yoga projects • Maintain a positive relationship with students and immediately address any concerns. • Offer one-on-one personal classes • Taught meditative techniques, Yoga Nidra, Mantra Chanting, and Pranayama • Encourage gratitude journaling, connecting with nature in classes, and grounding techniques

Very detailed in explaining the asanas along with philosophy. She is absolutely amazing yoga practitioner and very good human being. It is worthy to have yoga sessions with her.
