About Daniel
I am a 20-year-old university student. I have been practicing a wide variety of sports since I was 5 years old and I have always had a great passion for my physical condition; for 3 years now, my biggest hobby has been the gym and the fitness life. I myself am responsible for my physical change (+ 20kg in 3 years). I want to start transmitting the experience that I have acquired both in the gym hours and in the changes in nutrition and life.

The classes are aimed at people of low or medium level. In the classes I seek to help you achieve the objectives that you have set for yourself; I am friendly, pleasant and effective. Classes could be held either at the center of which I am a member (Centro Deportivo Espartal en Salinas), at the center of the client's choice (the entrance to the center is paid by the client) at the clients home or outdoors.
Classes would be 1h or 1: 30h in the afternoon.

Details
Online classes will act as "guidance", we'll review routines, check-ins for progress, etc. Prices will remain constant, not dependent on the clients level nor transport; however, for classes in the clients centre of choice, they would be in charge of the entrance fee.
