I am passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting students at every stage of their journey. Teaching allows me to pass on real industry standards, discipline, and creative thinking. I believe strong foundations create confidence, and confidence allows creativity to grow. My goal is to help students understand not just how to follow a recipe, but how to think like a professional.
