About Julia
Pastry chef trained in Cordon Bleu, with courses with great pastry professionals. I have worked as a pastry chef in restaurants, including a 2-star one, and I have given training and advice in restaurants and individual lessons. I have worked in different fields of pastry, chocolate and ice cream.

Contacté con Julia para aprender a hacer algunos postres y tartas y estoy súper contento con ella. Se adapta a cualquier nivel y me ha descubierto recetas muy interesantes más allá de las tradicionales, se nota que se prepara las clases.
Con lo joven que es tiene años de experiencia trabajando en restaurantes y haciéndose cargo de la partida de pastelería y recibiendo felicitaciones continuas de clientes satisfechos debido a su originalidad de presentación y sabores. Además lleva también años impartiendo cursos por lo que tiene toda la experiencia necesaria, tanto culinaria como formativa. No os arrepentiréis de acudir a un curso con Julia.

If it is necessary to take transport (more than 20-25 minutes walk from my house) to get there there will be a supplement per day of € 2 to pay for transport tickets.
Price does not include ingredients, which can be provided by the student or bought by me and then pass the purchase receipt.
