To ensure a smooth learning routine and protect my preparation time, please review my policy below:24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.Early Changes: Any lesson canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice will be moved or credited back to your package at no extra cost.Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or sessions where the student does not show up within the first 15 minutes, will be charged at the full rate or deducted from your lesson package.Emergency Exceptions: I know life happens!
