About Lucy
Hi there! I am a recent graduate of Psychology from York St John University offering one to one online tutoring of A level and GCSE Psychology.
I aim to work in a flexible, patient and person centred way as students know how they learn best and can be more focused where traditional classrooms cannot.
I aim to help understanding of the set materials and to help others achieve the best they can in this fascinating subject.
I have also previously worked as a support worker in home and day centre settings with clients who have a variety of disabilities where I developed a healthy rapport with the staff and clients.
I helped to build confidence, encourage and develop skills of the clients and supported them in activities such as arts and crafts, music, dance, games and makaton in the day centre.
I supported and encouraged clients to try new things in their day to day lives in the home setting from cooking to supporting archery lessons.
