About Andrej
I am an ESL tutor with over 5 years of experience specializing in teaching English to college students. I help learners improve their language skills for academic success, daily communication, and future career opportunities. My lessons are simple, structured, and focused on practical usage. My teaching approach is creative, student-centered, and supportive.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons based on individual needs. I use real-life topics, discussions, role plays, and presentations to make learning engaging and meaningful. I encourage students to think critically and express their ideas clearly in English. I use innovative methods such as task-based learning, interactive speaking activities, and guided writing practice.
For college students, I focus on academic English, essay writing, grammar accuracy, vocabulary development, and professional communication. I also help improve pronunciation and fluency through regular speaking practice. I strongly believe in accountability and consistency. I help students set goals, follow study plans, and monitor their progress.
I provide clear feedback and simple strategies to help students improve faster. As a mentor, I motivate students to build confidence and take responsibility for their learning. My teaching approach for ESL combines creativity, critical thinking, and accountability to help students learn effectively. I focus on practical English that students can use in everyday life. Apart from ESL, I also teach communication skills, academic English, basic writing, pronunciation, and professional English. My goal is to help learners build strong language skills, confidence, and independence so they can succeed in real-world communication.
