Hi there! I’m Monica, and I’m someone who truly loves the English language, not just the rules, but the way it connects us. My mission as a tutor is simple: to turn your "I can’t" into "I can."

I specialize in guiding beginners and intermediate learners through the hurdles of reading, writing, and grammar. I know that learning a new language can feel intimidating, which is why I prioritize patience and encouragement above all else. In my lessons, there is no such thing as a "silly question." We work at your pace, in a space where you feel safe to practice, make mistakes, and grow.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m a tutor who believes the biggest barrier to learning English isn’t grammar, it’s the fear of being judged. That’s why I’ve built a classroom that is, above all, a judgment-free zone.

My approach is patient, supportive, and entirely learner-centered and Goal Oriented. I specialize in helping Beginners and Intermediate learners find their voice. I don’t just follow a rigid method; I teach the human being in front of me. Whether you are a student preparing for exams (basic guide) or looking to sharpen your daily communication, I adapt my pace to match yours.

What makes my lessons unique is that I focus on Confidence First. We start by getting you comfortable with the language through a calm, encouraging teaching style. I teach entirely in English using simple, clear explanations that make complex concepts like grammar, pronunciation, and writing feel easy and manageable.

In a typical session, you can expect: A friendly "warm-up" to get you thinking in English.
Guided practice in reading, vocabulary, or writing tailored to your specific goals.
You’ll leave every lesson feeling capable, not overwhelmed.
