About Maureen
My name is Maureen Ezekwe, and I am a dedicated and reliable English tutor who is passionate about helping students improve their language skills. I take my work seriously and always create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and practicing without fear of making mistakes.

My name is Maureen, and I focus on helping students understand and use English with confidence. My teaching style is simple, patient, and practical. I believe students learn English faster when they practice speaking, reading, and writing regularly, not just memorizing rules. During my lessons, I explain grammar in a clear way, then guide students through exercises, conversations, and real-life examples so they can apply what they learn immediately.
My teaching methodology is interactive. I ask questions, encourage students to speak, and correct mistakes in a supportive way so they can improve quickly. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s level and learning pace because every student learns differently.
A typical lesson with Maureen usually lasts 60 minutes. In each class, we normally:
Practice speaking and conversation
Improve grammar and sentence structure
Work on reading and understanding English texts
Build vocabulary and confidence
My lessons are for:
Beginners who want to start learning English
Students who want to improve their grammar and communication
