About Níosa
Hi! My name is Níosa and I am a second-year Science student at Maynooth University with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. I achieved 545 points in the Leaving Certificate, including a H1 in Biology, and have experience tutoring students in a friendly and supportive environment.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I always adapt my teaching style to suit each individual's needs. My aim is to create a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. I enjoy seeing students grow in both ability and self-belief, and I take great pride in helping them reach their full potential.

My lessons are designed to be supportive, engaging and tailored to each student's individual needs. Whether you're preparing for the Junior Cycle or Leaving Certificate, I will adapt each lesson to focus on the areas where you need the most help, whether that's grammar, oral Irish, essay writing, comprehension or exam technique.
I believe every student learns differently, so I explain concepts clearly and work at a pace that suits you. Lessons typically last one hour and include a mixture of teaching, worked examples, practice questions and exam-focused revision. I also provide helpful study tips and encourage students to ask questions in a relaxed, friendly environment where they can build confidence and improve their results.
