About Arshia
My name is Arshia, and I am a computer programming graduate and junior developer with several years of hands-on experience in IT and software development. I am passionate about helping students understand programming in a clear, supportive, and stress-free environment, especially at the beginner and youth level.
I hold a diploma in Computer Programming and have practical experience working with real-world technologies such as JavaScript, Python, databases, and web development tools. Alongside my academic background, I have also worked in technical support roles, which strengthened my ability to explain technical concepts clearly, patiently, and at the right level for each learner.
As a tutor, I take professionalism very seriously. I prepare structured lessons, adapt my teaching style to each student, and always aim to create a positive learning atmosphere where questions are encouraged. I understand that learning to code can feel intimidating at first, especially for kids, so I focus on building confidence alongside technical skills.
Parents can expect a reliable, respectful, and organized tutor who values clear communication and steady progress. Students can expect lessons that are engaging, understandable, and tailored to their pace. My goal is not just to teach programming, but to help students develop logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity about technology.

My name is Arshia, and my approach to teaching programming is simple: make coding understandable, enjoyable, and confidence-building for kids. I believe that children learn best when lessons feel engaging rather than overwhelming, so I focus on clear explanations, patience, and hands-on practice.
My teaching methodology
I use a step-by-step, beginner-friendly approach. Concepts are broken down into small, manageable pieces and explained using real-life examples, visuals, and interactive activities. Instead of memorizing code, students learn how to think logically, solve problems, and understand why things work. I adapt my pace to each student’s learning style and never rush them.
A typical lesson
A usual lesson starts with a quick review of what the student already knows. Then we introduce a new concept using simple explanations and examples. Most of the lesson is spent coding together, building small projects or solving fun challenges. At the end, we review what was learned and, if appropriate, I give a light practice task to reinforce the lesson.
What sets me apart
What sets me apart is my patience and ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, kid-friendly way. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My focus is not just on writing code, but on helping students build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation in logical thinking.

I teach introductory programming concepts, coding logic, and beginner languages or tools suitable for children. Lessons are ideal for elementary and middle school students, or anyone new to coding who wants a calm and encouraging learning experience.
