She's my best friend of 4 years.
I appreciate how patient she is. If I don't understand something, she'll slow down and explain it to me in a way I will understand. Eg: Using analogies, building off of topics I already know, visual aid if it's possible, etc.
When we were classmates in college, I was a bit of a slacker, often falling asleep during classes. Sometimes she'd wake me up and help me stay focused. Other times, she'd text me the notes or just have study calls with me so I could follow along with the curriculum.
She's very supportive too. She does a great job of safely pushing me out of my comfort zone, while also being careful to not push me too far that I end up stressed. And she does an amazing job of helping me stay mentally and emotionally grounded, always ready to lend a hand if I need help.
She's great.
