About Jayne
I have been actively working and running a performance and nutrition-based coaching business for the past 12 years. Throughout this time I have also competed as a fitness professional/athlete, utilizing my knowledge alongside my husband to build our coaching brand into a well-known and reputable one within the fitness industry. I not only know and understand what it is like to perform as an athlete, but to coach and work with people from many different, sporting and non-sporting backgrounds. It has always been my belief that your best client should leave you eventually. If they do so, able to understand nutrition, training and goal-specific outcomes then you have successfully provided them with a service that offers a lifetime of confidence.
