About Felicity
With 5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, I focus on developing jazz and blues vocalists. I specialise in scat singing, melodic embellishments, and advanced harmony. My teaching combines ear training, theory, and practical improvisation to cultivate a unique vocal voice. Each lesson is personalised for technique, expression, and musical understanding. I guide students to strengthen their range, control, and stylistic authenticity. Improvisation is taught step by step, encouraging creativity and confidence. Performance skills and stage presence are integrated throughout lessons. I aim to make every session interactive, inspiring, and productive. Students develop critical listening, musicality, and self-expression. Lessons foster technical proficiency while nurturing artistic freedom. I encourage experimentation within structured guidance. My goal is to help singers reach their full creative and technical potential.

My approach to singing focuses on building breath control, stamina, and a healthy voice. I teach exercises that strengthen diaphragmatic support and improve endurance. Students learn to sustain longer phrases with clarity and ease. Lessons prioritise vocal health while developing technique and expression. I work closely with The Suzuki Student and The Orchestra Member, offering personalised drills for stability and precision. Each session includes tone development, phrasing, and expressive practice. I emphasise step-by-step learning to ensure safe vocal growth. Students strengthen control over breath, resonance, and dynamics. Lessons are practical, engaging, and tailored to individual goals. Consistent practice is encouraged to enhance vocal strength. Every session balances technique and musicality. Learners leave more confident and capable in their voice. My goal is to nurture singers who are strong, expressive, and healthy.
