About Mahdis
Hi, I’m Mahdis
I’m a native Persian (Farsi) speaker based in Canada, with a background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and several years of experience working with young children.
I specialize in teaching Persian to children from bilingual and Iranian families. I truly enjoy helping kids connect with the Persian language in a fun, gentle, and supportive way. My teaching style is patient, playful, and well-structured, so children feel comfortable and confident while learning.
I believe children learn best when they feel safe and engaged, so I use games, stories, songs, and visual activities to make lessons enjoyable and effective. I always adjust my lessons based on each child’s age, personality, and learning needs.
Teaching Persian is not just a job for me — it’s a way to help children stay connected to their language and culture

My Persian (Farsi) lessons are designed especially for children from bilingual and Iranian families. Each lesson is fun, structured, and age-appropriate, so kids can learn naturally without pressure.
In my classes, children will:
• Learn speaking, listening, reading, and writing step by step
• Use games, songs, stories, pictures, and simple conversations
• Build confidence in speaking Persian, even if they don’t use it at home
I always adapt my teaching style to the child’s age, level, and learning pace. My goal is to help children enjoy Persian and feel proud of using their heritage language.
During the trial lesson, I assess the child’s level, get to know their interests, and create a simple learning plan that works for them
