About Daphyne
I have a degree in Sociology and Anthropology from St Xaviers College. I also studies Psychology and did a Yoga teacher training course from the yoga institute, Santacruz. I have also done Chakra Yoga courses and constantly try to apply whatever I learn from speakers like Ekhart Tolle in my daily life.
